These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the But PKR platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By creating an account at But PKR, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.
Important: These Terms apply to all products on the But PKR platform — sports betting, live casino, crash games, baccarat and all other games. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not create an account or use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the But PKR platform. Age verification is conducted on all accounts. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately with any remaining balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted one account at But PKR. Multiple accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses voided and any winnings from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
All balances, bets and withdrawals at But PKR are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods.
All bonuses at But PKR are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific requirement is stated in the relevant bonus terms at the time of claiming. Misuse of bonuses results in forfeiture.
But PKR may request identity documents at any point for KYC compliance. Withdrawals above a defined threshold require verified identity. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed.
Deposit limits, self-exclusion and cooling-off periods are available to all But PKR players from within account settings at any time. Players who self-exclude cannot create new accounts during their exclusion period.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and But PKR ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is operated under the brand name But PKR and accessible at butpkr.ws.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the But PKR platform — whether on desktop or mobile — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players. If there is any ambiguity, the interpretation that best reflects the plain meaning of the text and the intent of But PKR to operate a fair and transparent platform shall prevail.
Note: These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any sport- or game-specific rules applicable to individual products. All of these documents form part of the agreement between you and But PKR.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use the But PKR platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. But PKR conducts age verification checks on accounts and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.
If an account is found to be held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed. Any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings generated on the account will be forfeited and will not be paid out.
The But PKR platform is designed for and directed at players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the platform is lawful in your specific location at the time of use.
By registering at But PKR, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are not a professional gambler using systems designed to exploit the platform, and that you are playing for personal entertainment purposes.
Employees excluded: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of But PKR and its affiliated suppliers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional activities.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account at But PKR. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, bonus balances voided and any winnings from duplicate account activity forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering at But PKR. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact information. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
But PKR is required to verify the identity of players as part of its KYC obligations. Verification may be requested at any point and is required before withdrawals above Rs 50,000 can be processed. Acceptable identity documents include:
Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Accounts with pending verification requests will have withdrawal access placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, address or email — you are responsible for updating your account information promptly. But PKR is not liable for issues arising from outdated contact information on your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your But PKR account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. Do not share your login details with any other person. But PKR will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify But PKR support immediately at support@butpkr.ws. But PKR is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all But PKR accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. But PKR reserves the right to require 2FA for accounts with withdrawal activity above defined thresholds.
But PKR accepts deposits through the following Pakistani payment methods:
The minimum deposit at But PKR is Rs 200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Standard accounts have a daily maximum deposit of Rs 500,000. Higher limits for VIP accounts can be arranged through your account manager.
All deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are processed instantly. Bank IBFT transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect on your account. But PKR charges zero platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees charged by your bank or wallet provider are outside our control.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your But PKR account are from legitimate sources and are entirely your own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity is grounds for immediate account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
Important: But PKR does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your But PKR account. Mismatched payment details may result in deposit reversal and account review.
The minimum withdrawal amount at But PKR is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches at But PKR's discretion.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to NayaPay and SadaPay are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within the same business day for requests made before 5 PM PKT and within the next business day for requests made after 5 PM PKT. Card withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 require completed KYC verification before processing. But PKR may request additional documentation for withdrawals at its discretion, particularly for accounts with unusual activity patterns. Requests for verification documents must be responded to within 14 days to avoid account suspension.
Withdrawals will, as a general rule, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. If the original deposit method is no longer available, But PKR support will advise on alternative arrangements subject to additional verification.
But PKR charges zero platform fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by your receiving bank or wallet provider are not within our control and are not our responsibility.
All bonuses offered by But PKR — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets and loyalty rewards — are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated at the point of the bonus offer. In the event of any conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds at But PKR cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 10× requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of claiming.
Not all bets contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Casino games contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 50%. The exact contribution rates for each product are available on the promotions page after login.
All bonuses at But PKR have an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Once a bonus expires, any unconverted bonus balance is removed from the account. The expiry period for each bonus is stated at the point of claiming — standard bonus expiry is 30 days from the date of credit.
But PKR reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings associated with them if it has reasonable grounds to believe a player is abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using matched betting strategies, exploiting errors in bonus terms or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus harvesting. The determination of what constitutes abuse rests with But PKR.

Bets placed at But PKR are accepted subject to the platform's right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without the requirement to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed when a bet reference number is issued. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be settled.
Odds at But PKR are displayed in decimal format and are denominated in PKR. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed — the odds accepted are those displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed, not those at the time you began building your bet slip. But PKR reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Live in-play betting is available on selected matches at But PKR. In-play odds are suspended during key moments in a match (such as wickets in cricket or goals in football) and resume at updated prices. But PKR is not liable for network delays experienced by the player that result in a bet being placed at different market conditions than intended.
If a match or event is abandoned before reaching the minimum threshold for a valid result, all bets on that event will be settled as void and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available in the Sports Rules section after login. For cricket, the minimum overs required for a valid T20 result follow the official ICC DLS guidelines.
Bets are settled using official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. For PSL matches, official PCB and PSL results apply. In the event of a discrepancy between broadcast information and official results, the official result governs.
Standard accounts at But PKR are subject to a maximum single bet payout of Rs 5,000,000 across all sports. Accumulator payouts are subject to the same maximum. VIP accounts may request higher maximum payout limits through their account manager subject to approval.
Casino games and live dealer games at But PKR are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming and BGaming, among others. The rules for each game are governed by the provider's official game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. But PKR cannot override provider-side game rules or results.
All random number generator (RNG) casino games available at But PKR are independently tested and certified by approved testing laboratories. Return to player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel accessible before or during play.
Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer, even if the player experienced a technical issue during the round. In the event of a full game session disconnection before a round closes, But PKR will investigate and settle the bet according to the last confirmed game state recorded on our servers, not on the player's device.
Live casino minimum bets start at Rs 100 per round. RNG casino games start at Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by game and table. VIP baccarat and live roulette tables have higher minimums of Rs 2,000. Detailed limits are displayed on each game's lobby screen before you join.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at But PKR and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

You may request to close your But PKR account at any time by contacting support at support@butpkr.ws. Any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completed KYC verification. Unconverted bonus balances are forfeited on account closure.
But PKR reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct; regulatory requirement; or the provision of false information at registration. In cases of fraudulent conduct, real money balances may also be withheld pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. But PKR may charge a dormancy fee of Rs 200 per month on dormant accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in.
But PKR provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results as displayed in real time, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
But PKR is not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by But PKR.
All content on the But PKR platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, software, game assets and compilation of content — is the property of But PKR or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the But PKR platform without express written permission from But PKR. Scraping, data harvesting or automated collection of data from the But PKR website is strictly prohibited.
But PKR reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to players via email and by a notice displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect 14 days after the notice is issued.
Your continued use of the But PKR platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.
